Prior to the establishment of Martin Meredith Construction Pty Ltd both Gerard Martin and Simon Meredith worked for Baulderstone Hornibrook for over 10 years.
Baulderstone Hornibrook was one of the major integrated property, building, engineering, and service providers in Australia, with its various functions across civil engineering, development, services, project finance, capital solutions and building. The business was subsequently acquired by Lendlease.
The knowledge and experience gained during this period working with a building and civil construction company of that size laid a very strong foundation.
Martin Meredith is broadly recognised for our reliable quality and service in construction, as the buildings are built with hard work and commitment from our professional team.

These relationships have been developed over the past 25 years and provide us with the intellectual and human resources required for these high specification projects.
Infrastructure
Martin Meredith has the knowledge, plant and equipment to deliver your infrastructure project.
We have successfully completed numerous large projects from underground chilled water to electrical substations in very challenging environments.
Generally these projects are high risk due to the required inground works combined with the very challenging site environments. With thorough planning and careful execution we manage these risks, deliver the works safely and to a high level of quality.
Martin Meredith meet all requirements for Health & Safety AS4801, Quality ISO9001 and Environmental ISO14001.
Education
Martin Meredith have successfully managed the construction of many education sector projects.
From primary schools during the BER program to higher education facilities at the University of Queensland we have a proven track record of being able to deliver quality education facilities.
We maintain a secure, safe environment for employees, students and site visitors including management of pedestrian and vehicular traffic at all times.
Through careful consideration of construction methodology and detailed planning we can minimise the impact of construction on the existing educational facility, its staff and students.

Commercial Maintenance & Minor Works
Martin Meredith has a broad range of regular customers who require building and maintenance services of varying degrees. We have been providing these services to an ever increasing clientele which includes private, major corporate companies and Government.
We use a range of subcontractor trades to supplement our full time carpentry staff. We have established long term business relationships with many trades which allows us to offer improved response time frames for reactive maintenance work and shorter lead times for planned projects.
We have an “on call” roster system, enabling us to attend to our customers needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are regularly asked to attend to out of hours work by many of our customers.
We offer helpful advice and supply expert tradespeople to ensure you receive the highest quality service and finish on all your commercial building maintenance requirements.
