Carinity Aged Care – Clifford House Significant Refurbishment

Wooloowin, Queensland

The project involves the significant refurbishment of Carinity’s Clifford House facility. The lower floors of the building are being stripped back to “core & shell” with a planned revised layout to incorporate single ensuited rooms in lieu of the existing shared arrangement. In order to maintain bed numbers the upper floors will be altered to incorporate the reduction in beds. The works involves the upgrade of all services including a sprinkler system being retrofitted throughout the entire facility. The works are being undertaken whilst the existing facility remains operational.

Carinity Aged Care – Wishart Gardens Significant Refurbishment

Wishart, Queensland

The project involved the refurbishment of a 104 bed Aged Care Facility located at Wishart. All rooms were stripped back to the shell and refitted with modern finishes and upgraded services to all accommodation rooms, ensuites and common areas throughout the facility. The works were undertaken whilst the existing facility remained operational.
